How do I create a new project?
Open the app and tap the "+" button on the main screen. Enter your project name and dimensions to get started.
How do I export my design as PDF?
Open your project, tap the share/export icon, and select "Export as PDF". The PDF will be saved to your device or can be shared directly.
How do I unlock PRO features / remove ads?
Subscribe to ProfileConstruct PRO to unlock all features (saved projects, unlimited export) and remove advertisements on Android.
- iOS: Tap the subscription button in the app. Payment is processed through the App Store ($29.99/year).
- Android: Tap the subscription button in the app. You'll be redirected to a secure Paddle checkout page ($19.00/year).
How do I restore my purchases?
- iOS: Tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Android: Tap "Restore Subscription" and enter the email address you used during checkout. A one-time verification code will be sent to your email to confirm your identity.
My data was lost. Can you recover it?
All project data is stored locally on your device. Unfortunately, if the data has been deleted (e.g., by uninstalling the app), we cannot recover it remotely. We recommend regularly exporting your projects as PDF or using your device's built-in backup features (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google Backup on Android) to safeguard your data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Profile Construct > Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Android: Open the app, tap the "Manage Subscription" button, then select "Cancel Subscription". This will open the Paddle portal where you can cancel. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. You can also contact us at mydevelopgroup@gmail.com for assistance.
How do I request a refund?
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Restart your device
- Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Profile Construct > Clear Cache)
- If the issue persists, contact us with details about when the crash occurs
